Week of May 18
DownlinkS
March 8-11, 2027
Walter E. Washington Convention Center | Washington, DC

Seven weeks after SATShow Week 2026, the conversations that started in Washington are still turning into business opportunities.

For B2B companies, events remain one of the most effective marketing channels because trust is built face-to-face. The partnerships, deals, and long-term relationships that move industries forward rarely begin with a cold email. They start in meeting rooms, hallways, networking events, and chance introductions.

That dynamic feels especially true in satellite and space right now.

The audience companies want to reach is actively showing up at industry events to evaluate solutions, build partnerships, and make purchasing decisions in person. At SATShow Week 2026, 3 in 4 attendees came specifically to evaluate products and solutions, alongside engineers and decision-makers from Northrop Grumman, L3Harris, Amazon, Blue Origin, Rocket Lab, and thousands of other organizations across the global space ecosystem.

14,738 attendees from more than 100 countries came together in Washington, DC this March, with nearly 900 meetings arranged through the app alone, an 81% increase year over year. And perhaps the clearest signal of where the industry is heading: 41% of attendees were first-timers, representing new companies, new programs, and new investment entering the market.

The show floor reflected the stakes of the moment. GovMilSpace drew more than 5,000 attendees from defense, government, and civil space, and the conversations carried a noticeably different tone this year: more candid, more operational, less theoretical.

For 2027, March 8–11 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, we’re expanding the meeting hub to meet growing demand, growing the Startup Pavilion, and deepening the GovMilSpace program to better serve the intelligence and allied-nations community that showed up in force this year.

If you're planning your 2027 presence, earlier is better. Prime floor space fills quickly, and early exhibitors receive first selection opportunities.

Our team is ready to talk. Contact Michael Cassinelli and Paula November to get started.

Looking forward to continuing the conversation!
