Your badge is your access pass and is non-transferable. It is required at all sessions, the exhibit hall, receptions, and every official SATShow event activity. Do not share or lend your badge, as this is strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of the event.

Badge pickup is at the West Salon, Street Level of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Arriving Sunday or Monday morning means shorter lines and a head start on the week.
The safety of all SATShow Week attendees is a top priority. Security staff will be present throughout the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and may verify badges at random. Badges must be worn visibly at all times.

Closest airport, approximately 8 miles south. Metro accessible via the Blue/Yellow/Green Lines. About 25 to 35 minutes. United Airlines is the official travel partner.
