SATShow Week is where careers are built and the satellite industry’s next generation finds its footing. Here’s everything you need to make it count.
Your badge is your access pass and is non-transferable. It is required at all sessions, the exhibit hall, receptions, and every official SATShow event. Do not share or lend it — this is strictly prohibited.
Badge pickup is at the West Salon, Street Level. Pick up Sunday or Monday morning to skip the lines and hit the ground running when programming begins.
The mobile app is your command center for the week. Build your schedule, book one-on-one meetings, RSVP for ConnecTables, and navigate the show floor. Download it the moment you register.
Questions about your registration? Email [email protected] or [email protected].

Don’t leave before this one. SATShow Week’s closing keynote will take place in the Unveiled Theater.
A week of programming designed specifically to help emerging professionals meet peers, connect with mentors, and build the relationships that shape careers.
Every YP event at SATShow Week is designed around one idea: real conversations with real people. Not panels from a distance, not speed networking — actual moments to talk with industry leaders, founders, and fellow early-career professionals who are navigating the same questions you are.

Advice for getting the most out of your first or second SATShow Week, from people who’ve done it.
Pick up your badge on Sunday or Monday morning. Registration opens at 8 AM on Sunday. Get in, get your badge, and be ready to go when programming starts Monday afternoon.
Download the app before you fly. Build your schedule, book meetings with exhibitors and speakers, and RSVP for ConnecTables before you land in DC. ConnecTable spots are app-only and go fast.
Show up to the Monday Night Kickoff Party. It’s open to every pass type and it’s the single best networking moment of the week. This is where the conversations start — and where the real week begins.
Attend the YP Meet and Greets on Tuesday. These are short, structured moments right after sessions end. Show up with one good question and you’ll walk away with a contact worth keeping.
Approach exhibitors as learners, not spectators. Don’t just pick up swag. Ask what problem they’re solving. Ask what’s changed in the last year. People on the show floor love to talk — let them.
Hop on a guided Exhibit Hall Tour on Tuesday. With 450+ exhibitors, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. The tours are theme-based, hop-on/hop-off, and require no sign-up. Just show up and go.
The hallway is as valuable as the session room. Some of the best conversations happen between sessions, in the coffee line, or at the Brew Lounge. Stay curious and introduce yourself often.
Connect on LinkedIn before Thursday ends. Don’t wait until you’re home. Send the connection request while you still remember the conversation. A short note referencing how you met goes a long way.
Thursday closes at 1 PM. Plan your final booth visits and follow-up conversations for Wednesday. Thursday morning is for last meetings, the closing sessions, and Bridgit Mendler’s keynote at 11:30 AM.
Follow up within 48 hours. A short, specific email referencing your conversation is all it takes. Most people won’t do it. That’s why it works.
